Why Photo Booths Are a Must-Have at Miami's Corporate Galas and Fundraisers

Corporate galas and fundraisers have many moving parts. Guests arrive, check in, mingle, sit through the program, visit the bar, bid on auction items, and reconnect between speeches. A dependable photo booth rental gives them something easy and social to do during those in-between moments. It keeps the room active without taking attention away from the reason everyone came.
We have brought booths to Hard Rock Stadium, Baptist Health’s Fit Fest with the Miami Dolphins, and corporate events across Miami. The booth usually becomes one of the easiest places for guests to relax. People stop by in pairs or groups, take a photo or video, send it to themselves, and move right back into the event.
What Makes a Photo Booth Useful at a Gala or Fundraiser?
A gala can have stretches where guests are waiting for the next part of the night to begin. Maybe dinner service is still moving, the auction is resetting, or the program has a break. A photo booth fills that space without needing an emcee, extra staff, or a complicated setup.
It also gives the event something guests can share without feeling pressured to do so. When someone posts a photo or 360 clip with your logo, sponsor name, or event design, the event reaches people outside the room. That kind of sharing feels natural because it comes from the guest’s own experience.
Which Photo Booth Works Best at a Corporate Gala?
The 360 Booth is usually the better fit when branding is a big part of the event. Guests stand on a platform as the camera moves around them, creating a slow-motion video. The finished clip can carry the event logo, sponsor mark, or campaign message and can be sent by text, email, or social media.
The Social Booth is a good choice for planners who want something fast, clean, and digital. It creates GIFs, boomerangs, and short videos with custom branding. Guests can step in, capture a quick moment, and keep the line moving, which helps in a crowded venue.
How Has This Worked at Real Miami Corporate Events?
Baptist Health and the Miami Dolphins used our 360 Booth at Fit Fest events, including the Miami Zoo. The booth fit the energy of the event because guests were already moving around, interacting, and sharing their day online. The branded clips gave them something polished to post without feeling staged.
At Hard Rock Stadium, we brought the Social Booth to a team member appreciation event. The booth did not take over the room, which mattered in that setting. Guests could use it quickly, get their digital files, and return to the rest of the celebration.
At The Palace Gardens, the Glam Booth made more sense. The event had a more formal feel, so black-and-white portraits matched the room better than bright props or busy colors. That is the kind of choice that keeps the booth from feeling like an afterthought.
What Customization Is Available for Corporate Events?
Every package includes a custom overlay. That can include the event name, logo, date, colors, sponsor details, or campaign message. The overlay is designed before the event, so the final photos and videos already match the rest of the branding.
For the 360 Booth, a platform wrap can be added for $200. That gives sponsors or event branding more visibility around the booth itself. Backdrops can also be customized, whether you want a simple step-and-repeat or something that matches the event colors.
What Should Corporate Event Planners Know Before Booking?
Every booking requires a service contract and a $300 non-refundable retainer. Payment can be made by Zelle, check, or ACH. Pricing depends on the booth type, rental length, venue access, and any add-ons.
The minimum rental is 2 hours, though many galas and fundraisers book 3 to 4 hours. Extra time is available at $150 per hour for most booths. Early setup is available for $150, which is helpful when the venue has a tight load-in schedule. To talk through booth options for a Miami gala or fundraiser, call (786) 973-9973.
